Return Policy
If your candles arrived broken or damaged, please contact hello@westcoastsenses.com to discuss how we can replace your candles. Please provide images of the candles and your order information in your email. It may take up to two business days for us to respond to your concerns. Note that some products may come with a disclaimer regarding their quality, if the issue is covered in the disclaimer it may not be eligible for a refund.
We have a 30 day return policy from the date the candles arrived to you. To be eligible for a refund the candles must be in the same condition as you received them. Due to the nature of the product, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
To process a refund, first email hello@westcoastsenses.com with your order information. Once items are returned they will be reviewed to ensure they were not damaged or used before we process the refund. If you are wanting to exchange the product the fastest way is to return your item and when the return is processed you can purchase the new items. At this time, we are not able to cover the cost of shipping to return an item.
We do not provide refunds on returns if you do not contact us in advance of returning it.
